Digital Eco System Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to understand the specific business needs of customers in the intelligent manufacturing field of digitalization, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, and translate customer needs in-to implementable technical solutions for software projects. Pick the appropriate technical route of software projects, participate in the system architecture design, and lead the team in writing core code. Define the scope of project work, formulate a detailed project plan, allocate tasks to the team, control the project progress. Evaluate the development cost, including human resources, time, technical resources, etc., con-trol cost upon the budget. Manage the software development team, provide guidance and training to team members, and improve the team's technical capabilities and collaboration efficiency. Assist in the management of outsourced resources, support screening outsourcing vendors, su-pervise the progress, quality, and cost of outsourced work. Control the quality of software development, establish a quality assurance system, organize code reviews, testing, and other work, and promptly solve technical problems and quality hid-den dangers. Keep track of industry technical trends, introduce new technologies and methods, and continu-ously optimize products and development processes.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, software engineering, or related majors.
• More than 5 years of software development experience, more than 3 years of software project development experience in the intelligent manufacturing field. Those with team management experience are preferred. More than 2 years of experience in managing outsourced resources, familiar with the control of costs, progress, and quality in the outsourcing process.
• Proficient in mainstream development languages such as Java and Python; familiar with micro-service architecture and Internet of Things communication protocols (such as MQTT); under-stand artificial intelligence algorithms and commonly used frameworks; familiar with database design and optimization, master commonly used databases such as MySQL and Oracle, and have solid big data processing and analysis capabilities.
• Proficient in using project management tools, familiar with the agile development process, and have excellent project planning, organization, coordination, and control capabilities.
• Have excellent system analysis, design, and problem-solving capabilities, and be able to inde-pendently undertake the design of complex system architectures.
• Have outstanding communication, coordination, and teamwork capabilities, as well as good customer needs understanding and document writing capabilities.
