This position reports to
Functional Cost Finance Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Provides reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts to support ZCGS, ZCVA, ZCCO and ABB functional service management at various organization levels in decision making processes. • Conducts month end close for responsible PGs or functions, makes necessary accrual and clearance to ensure timely, accurate and compliance financial data. • Performs the analysis of financial results in responsible PGs or functions, prepares various management reports, including management performance reports, commentaries on financial statements, etc., on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Monitors financial KPI in responsible area, facilitates regular reviews with local function managers and global PG controllers. Provides the commentaries and advice from financial point of view to ensure cost targets are met. • Drives and facilitates financial planning processes and activities (forecasting and budgeting). Supports in the evaluation of the financial impact of strategic, functions operation initiatives, organization changes, or other investment decisions. • Sets up Hub charging mechanism and process, aiming at full cost deductibility, tax compliance and zero receivable overdues/delays. • Contributes or leads process improvement initiatives, supports in the implementation of standardized processes and tools. • Facilitates sharing of knowledge and best practices

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree, major in accounting or finance related
- Working experience with more than 5 years, large scale multi-national company finance working experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge and experience on financial analysis and budgeting/planning
- Good communication skills
- Good on both oral and written English and good presentation skills
- Result-oriented and strong team spirit
- Familiar with SAP, EXCEL, Power Point, good at Power BI will be a plus
