Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a vital role in contributing to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will make a positive impact on information systems operations by supporting and collaborating with the business. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the comprehensive Global Early Talent Pro-gram as per the plan. The work model for the role is: #LI- Onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area, Information Systems Function in India. Main stakeholders are Process Automation Business and IS leaders. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of technol-ogy solution and services within the defined area as directed. Contributing to multiple assignments with clearly defined Key Performance Indica-tors across various countries to broaden your experience and further develop in-tercultural skills. • Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period. Participating in required formal training programs (e.g., Leadership Challenge Program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills. • The program is made up of three assignments in different roles. One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the busi-ness. One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB's operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network. One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business, where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function. • During the program we will take the participants on a leadership competency de-velopment journey. The last rotation will also be the time where the participants start to look for their final position, to be started after the end of the program. • Our team dynamics: You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Investigate, analyze, and recommend improvements to ad-dress or prevent business issues • Analyze data from various sources, using critical thinking to recommend technical and business decisions. Prepare and lead presentations to an audience including Sr. Leaders and Executives • Participate in gathering, analyzing, creating documentation, and impact analysis for IS solution delivery. Plan and organize tasks, report progress, and coordinate with other team members, locally and globally. Assist multiple global teams with projects as necessary to contribute to overall goals of Information Systems

Qualifications for the role

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Master's level) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Systems Management or a similar field and graduating in May/June 2025
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of latest technology trends and disruptive tech-nologies.
• A growth mindset focused on continual learning and improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow from a diverse set of experiences and people within the IT function
• Excited to explore living and working in Bangalore and outside of India. Relocation assistance is provided.
• Must have valid India work authorization and must not require sponsorship for an employment visa by ABB at any time in the future
