Are you ready to help us make the future?The HR Senior Manager will provide HR business partnership/leadership for the Commercial organization inside Honeywell. This includes the following functional areas:
1) Channel Excellence
2) Sales & Sales Enablement
3) Marketing
There will be involvement in significant organizational design, project management, and business transformation initiatives. You will actively engage in staffing critical leadership roles and building internal succession, organizational development, and talent management, in addition to utilizing your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will work closely with the finance organization to strategically manage cost, OEF (salary and benefit fringe) and workforce planning.
You will increase the overall performance of the full Commercial organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with your client groups and by coaching leaders on human capital topics. This role has impact at both the corporate level and with the SBG Commercial teams, primarily thru SBG HR leads and regional HR focals. You will support the building of a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premier Human Resources organization.
YOU MUST HAVE:
• Minimum 6+ years of HR experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to coach and influence at varying levels across the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
• Experience leading change and transformation, including cross functional project design and execution and influencing through others
• Experience working with a global employee base
• Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities
• Excellent communication skills including with executive-level leaders
• Experience using data and data insights to drive root cause analysis and action planning
• Moderate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel proficiency
