As a Sr Process Control and Instrumentation Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading the process control and instrumentation function. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, implementation, and infrastructure maintenance of Process Control and Instrumentation for UOP licensed process units. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's projects and operations.

You will report directly to our Director of Technology and Control Solutions and you'll work out of our Rosemont, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our projects and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of process control systems, optimizing process performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in the design, implementation, and maintenance of process control systems and instrumentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the execution of the process control and instrumentation deliverables for UOP Sch A designs
• Oversee the development of process control solutions and instrumentation design for technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective and efficient execution of projects
• Drive improvements in UOP's technologies and work processes
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The annual base salary range for this position is <$158K - $198K>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process control and instrumentation or related roles
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
