Join a teamthat designs, verifies, integrates and tests complex IntegratedCircuit (IC) products within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. You will be responsiblefor customer technical support of Honeywell's Space Microelectronics portfolioof Radiation-Hardened ICs, including products, processes andtechnologies, in support of the organization's business strategies.
You willassist Foundry and MPW Customers in their design efforts toreach GDSII hand-off and steps through wafer/die delivery. You willwork closely with world class hardware design and sales engineers indefining new products, bringing products to market, establishing customersupport methods, and promoting sales ofSpace microelectronics.

The annual base salary range for this position is $134,000 - $160,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills as well as market and business considerations.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the customer's first point-of-contact for technical guidance on using Honeywell Microelectronic IC products for Space, government, and commercial uses
- Assist Foundry and Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) Customers in their design efforts to reach GDSII hand-off and steps through wafer/die delivery.
- Interface with multiple functions within Honeywell (Engineering, Quality, Test, Business, Sales) to provide technical customer service in using Honeywell Products
- Assist in Technical Sales pursuits, seeking Voice-of-the-Customer inputs and to aid shaping the roadmap and new product developments and product improvements
- Define and develop entry-into-service attributes for new IC products
- Prepare technical documentation

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- US Citizenship is required due to contractual requirements
WE VALUE
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and data organization skills
- Technical Sales Engineering and/or Applications Engineering experience
- Self - starter, motivated and takes initiative
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge and/or hands-on experience with any of the following:
- Relevant mixed-signal and digital IC design
- High speed analog/mixed-signal experience
- I/O circuitry knowledge and design experience
- Laboratory experience (hardware configuration, measurement systems)
- Radiation effects analysis knowledge/experience
- Verilog working knowledge
- SOI CMOS technology and Advanced node knowledge and design
- Transistor-level design experience using Cadence PDKs and ability to interrogate existing design test benches or to devise alternate design test benches in response to customer problems and queries
