We are looking for a French an English speaker to Serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met.
You will respond to inbound customer calls and email regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, repairs and RMA's. You will assist other customer service associates with administrative duties.

You will communicate with other departments such as Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will support ordering processing including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.

Problem solving skills are highly desirable, the candidate must have high efficiency in learning about systems and ERP's, high adaptation to standard processes and stablished procedures, the candidate must be fluent in conversational English and French, they must be able to listen carefully to customer problems and request with a critical thinking perspective.

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc. ("PIP®"), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
