Mission:

Responsible for identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization of processes in the company's business areas, focusing on eliminating repetitive manual activities, increasing efficiency and improving the quality of deliveries. Acting through diagnostics, proposition of solutions based on technologies such as RPA, IA and low-code/no-code tools, as well as technical and methodological support to the areas. Work together with leaders and teams to implement digital transformation initiatives aligned with the Operational Excellence Program, promoting the culture of continuous improvement, process standardization and intelligent use of data for decision making.

Activities:

1. Process Mapping and Diagnostics

Identify manual and inefficient activities in different areas of the company.

Diagnose digitization and automation opportunities in the areas

Conduct interviews and workshops to survey operational needs and pain.

2. Implementation of artificial intelligence and automation solutions

Propose and implement process automation with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Generative AI and integration of systems and other relevant solutions.

Work on the implementation of low-code/no-code tools to optimize operational flows.

Support the adoption of intelligent dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio) for better data analysis.

3. Collaboration with IT and Suppliers

Work with IT teams to enable new technologies.

Search suppliers and external solutions to accelerate digital transformation.

Manage implementation projects and technological change, etc.

Requirements:

Superior Complete in Information Systems, Engineering and related areas.

Desirable:

Postgraduate Engineering, People Management.
