We are looking for an experienced SOF Supervisor to lead and manage our SOF department, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes in a 24/7 operational environment. This is a leadership position requiring strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate complex processes while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the SOF department, managing a team of 5 foremen and 36 operators.
• Execute and optimize production planning, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements and company policies.
• Lead and resolve operational challenges by collaborating with internal departments.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes, using Lean methodologies to enhance productivity.
• Participate in morning meetings, toolbox talks, and safety discussions.
• Train and mentor employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of new projects and technologies to optimize performance.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or mechanical environment.
• Strong technical background with expertise in mechanical processes and production optimization.
• Proficiency in IT and ERP systems for efficient workflow management.
• Experience in conflict resolution, team motivation, and coaching leadership.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
• Danish and English proficiency is required
