Your role and responsibilities

That's our story. Make it your story. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: • Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork. • Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary. • Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations. • Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or similar engineering.
• 4+ years in similar positions.
• Knowledge of SAP is required.
• Knowledge of receiving/shipping processes is required.
• Hours: 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Thursday, with the option of overtime on Fridays and Saturdays from 7 AM to 7 PM.
• Knowledge of CTPAT and IMMEX.
• Knowledge of customs processes.
• Merchandise shipments in SAP.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Intermediate English level.
• People management skills (20 people).
