RESPONSIBILITIES
What makes you remarkable?
- Join the control and instrumentation team, be able for working as leader, mentor along with engineers
- Report directly to hiring manager
- Perform Control and Instrument engineering and designing activities require in projects
- Communication to high level and / or relevant disciplines including client
- Be able to assign as Lead Control and Instrument Engineer in large Feasibility, FEED project, EPC and commissioning plants.
- Be able handle and integrate the control and Safety Instrumented system in engineering phase, through commissioning.
- Understand SIL and be able to perform SIL verification using software.
- Participate in FAT system when required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher, major in Control & Instrumentation.
- Experienced engineer for at least 20 years in Instrumentation, advance in Plant Control System, Safety Instrumented System, and other system which related with application in Petrochemical, refinery and Gas plant.
- Strong in Safety Instrument level (SIL), able to performed SIL validation using EXIDA software as minimum, able to initiate Safety Requirement Specification (SRS) and related testing interval. To be FSE certified, at least 5 years,
- Experiences in process control application engineering and commissioning refinery plant through production launched.
- Be able to mentor and coach young Control and Instrument, and control system engineer.
- Produce, initiate and create specification, procedure, systematic functional design specification, etc. as required by project
- Perform Technical Evaluation of all kinds of instrumentation and systems, support project cost estimated / procurement
- Direct experiences in detail engineering, designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining of instrumentation in refinery and petrochemical
- Having positive in team working mindset / attitude / contribution
- Be able to take high workloads in stressful conditions
- High willingness in learning new technologies and company work practices
- Fluent in English communication in both writing and listening
