RWDY is currently seeking an experienced solar superintendent for upcoming large-scale solar projects located in Texas. These projects range in size from 220MW to 480MW, and we are assembling a pool of quailified candidates for consideration. We don't have all the project details yet, but we do know they're looking for someone who:

• Proven experience overseeing solar construction projects 200MW+
• Strong understanding of various solar system technologies and components
• Ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and QA/QC
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with project managers, engineers, and field crews
• Prior experience with EPC firms or large-scale energy contractors preferred

Location Notes: Projects are based in Texas, with travel and/or site relocation expected.
