The Bid Management team is a part of Customer Project Execution and is responsible for all construction proposal-related elements for projects during tender and contract negotiations. Working alongside the turbine Sales team, you will be responsible for developing operationally robust, and competitive offers.
Region APC>Customer Project Execution- APAC>Bid Management Onshore

Responsibilities:
• Engage with, and coordinate inputs from key competencies such as Transport, Crane and Installation, Engineering and Procurement
• Interact with Project Planners and Turbine Installation to develop programs
• Develop construction costing solutions during the bidding process, ensuring timely passage through the stages of the sales process
• Negotiation of construction annexures in turbine supply and EPC agreements
• Anticipate and describe risks associated with construction activities
• Act as a sparring partner to the sales team and other Bid Managers for operational and construction cost-related topics, to ensure high customer value creation
Qualifications:
We are looking for a person with qualifications and experience that align with the below. We are open to receiving applications from candidates who do not meet all the below criteria.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or a comparable degree.
• 3-5 years of project management, bid/proposal management or sales management experience, ideally within wind energy, power plants, infrastructure, or the construction industry
• Experience with commercial negotiations
• Structured and flexible working methods, paired with a pronounced cost awareness
• Experience in delivering results in a complex organization selling large-scale projects
Competencies:
• Passion for large-scale projects
• Strategic capabilities with commercial understanding
• Good collaborator - willing to learn and develop, attain high integrity and credibility
• Interested in working across cultures and fostering a supportive team environment
• Willing to travel occasionally to wind farm sites across Australia and New Zealand
