IES Residential is looking to hire a HVAC Superintendent in the Grapevine, TX area to join our team!
As an HVAC Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems within construction projects. You will ensure that all mechanical HVAC systems meet quality standards, adhere to project specifications, and are completed within designated timelines. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and project management capabilities.

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate HVAC installation activities in alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, controls, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout all HVAC operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports, progress updates, and documentation as required by project specifications.
- Identify technical challenges and develop effective solutions to ensure smooth HVAC system operations.
