Who we're looking for:

We're seeking a Director of Global Demand Generation & SDR Operations, an AI-forward enterprise marketing innovator with deep B2B SaaS expertise and the perfect blend of creativity, technical acumen, and analytical capabilities to join our NYC office. You'll direct a global Demand team spanning Israel, the US, and Europe, overseeing our integrated marketing ecosystem including Digital Marketing, Paid Social, SEM, ABM, Marketing Ops, and our global SDR organization.

The ideal candidate isn't just familiar with traditional demand generation-you're actively redefining it for the AI era. You come with proven tactics but are hungry to push boundaries, leveraging emerging AI technologies to create scalable, intelligent demand systems that drive measurable business outcomes. You're as comfortable optimizing an ABM strategy as you are building AI-powered outbound cadences or reimagining conversion paths with personalization platforms.

**The position is hybrid and requires commuting to the office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate unified demand generation across the full funnel, seamlessly blending inbound and outbound strategies with AI-enhanced targeting and personalization
  • Manage and lead the global sales development team (SDRs across US and EMEA) and digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Drive end-to-end pipeline ownership, optimizing the MQL:SQL funnel while consistently delivering opportunities that convert to revenue
  • Architect and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns leveraging next-gen AI tools for creative development, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
  • Evolve our ABM strategy with intelligent account selection, dynamic content personalization, and AI-powered engagement scoring
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to implement semantic optimization strategies that align with evolving search algorithms and user intent patterns
  • Partner with content marketing to develop high-value lead magnets enhanced by predictive analytics to target specific buyer personas at optimal journey touchpoints
  • Work with field marketers to identify strategic event opportunities, using intent data and predictive modeling to prioritize investments that accelerate deals
  • Lead outbound SDR strategies, implementing AI-powered prospecting, conversation intelligence, and engagement systems that drive booked meetings and qualified opportunities
  • Establish a comprehensive measurement framework that provides actionable attribution insights for both marketing and SDR activities
  • Produce data-backed quarterly and annual plans that align demand investments with business objectives
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to create cohesive, intelligent buyer journeys that dynamically adapt based on engagement signals
  • Drive continuous innovation in our marketing and sales development tech stack, evaluating and implementing emerging AI solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing for B2B SaaS, with a demonstrated history of embracing technological innovation
  • 2+ years managing teams including direct experience leading SDR operations
  • Advanced understanding of the modern marketing and sales tech ecosystem, including AI applications for demand generation
  • Hands-on experience with SDR technologies including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and other enrichment and sales engagement platforms
  • Proven track record and/or desire to implement AI-powered marketing and ABM tools like Clay, Keyplay, Mutiny or similar personalization and intent platforms
  • Regular practitioner of generative AI (Claude, GPT) for content development, campaign ideation, and process optimization
  • Experience designing and executing integrated ABM programs across marketing and SDR teams with measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong technical foundation in marketing automation, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and data orchestration
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience building multi-touch attribution models and actionable performance dashboards
  • Strategic vision balanced with tactical execution skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with experience managing remote, international teams

Benefits

Gloat provides a reasonable range of compensation. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting total pay for this role is 220,000USD-240,000USD OTE.
