The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

What you will do:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities for residential and standby generators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and industry partners.
• Conduct site assessments to recommend appropriate generator solutions.
• Provide customers with detailed product information, pricing, and financing options.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the service and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Who you are:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in generator sales, industrial equipment, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of generators and power systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
