Position Summary:
The Assembly Technician at Entegra Solutions is responsible for building, assembling, and maintaining electro-mechanical equipment in alignment with specified requirements. This role will also include conducting repairs to ensure maximum reliability, troubleshooting reported issues, and resolving them in a timely manner. The technician will perform thorough equipment maintenance to optimize performance and longevity. Above all, safety remains the top priority in all aspects of your work.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble, build, and maintain equipment according to specifications
- Ensure compliance with department processes, procedures, and practices to ensure the most accurate product delivery
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Understanding of machinery operation
- Follow established procedures and practices
- Always follow all safety rules, standards and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 3 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Aptitude in using various hand tools & power tools (torque wrenches, drills etc.)
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and use calipers, micrometers, go no-go gauges, etc.
- Excellent mechanical/mathematical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
