As an HVAC and Plumbing sales associate, you will drive revenue growth by connecting customers with top quality comfort solutions and exceptional service. You will sell HVAC and Plumbing equipment while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The duties of an HVAC & Plumbing Sales Associate:

• Sell HVAC and Plumbing equipment through in-home visits, instant online quotes, and prompt follow-up on leads
• Prepare, present, and sell accurate and timely quotes to customers
• Conduct heat loss gain calculations for customer rebates
• Manage the customer relationship from first call through to installation to ensure a high level of customer service
• Partner closely with HVAC and Plumbing administrative and installation teams and other internal departments to coordinate details for the customer
• Work with the marketing team on marketing strategies to increase leads and improve close ratio
• Keep up to date on product and installation knowledge
• Manage vendor relationships

Skills to succeed in this role:

• Effective selling and account management
• High level of customer service
• Ability to organize and prioritize to ensure efficient use of time
• Strong computer skills including NetSuite and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous sales experience
• Residential heating cooling sales experience preferred

Travel Demands:

• Travel throughout the Twin Cities metro area
• Frequency: 90%

Salary:

$30,000 annual base plus commission on HVAC, Plumbing and Appliance Sales
