Your role and responsibilities
In this role, You will support the Sales organization and its customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost effective solutions and preparing technical descriptions for the applied products and technology. Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area The work model for the role is: hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Offer technical advice and provide comments on enquiry specifications for customers, chan-nels, and Sales Engineers regarding ABB's products, systems, and applications. • Provide technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotia-tions. • Oversee and lead analytics and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solutions to meet customer needs. • Propose the most suitable technical solutions for complex enquiries. • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations on complex product issues to both internal staff and customers. • Provide and deliver product, solution, and service-related training. • Prepare and validate technical articles for publication. • Ensure all staff understand and adhere to ABB's core values, group safety, and integrity standards, and act accordingly. • Accountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors, ensuring continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes and integrity performance. • Inspire, guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect reports within HR policies, ensuring the team is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.

Qualifications for the role
- University Degree in a Technical Field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in engineering positions
- Experience in independently managing projects (e.g., product launch)
- Ability to establish relationships within the company and with clients at various management levels (technical, managerial)
- Proficiency in explaining technical concepts
