This position reports to
Service Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate in conjunction with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommending future actions. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area in Buenos aires. You will be mainly accountable for: • Supporting the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers for different countries in the region: Argentina, Chile, and Colombia. • Preparing / supporting in the preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, local business/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives. • Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through information from general market and the Sales organization and participate in virtual and onsite meetings with them. • Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates it to the Sales organization Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, flexible and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role
- You have a degree in Electronic, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with a strong technical-commercial focus.
- You are highly skilled in technical-commercial strategies within the control systems and automation market.
- You have a minimum of two years of experience in control systems and/or automation systems.
- You are highly adept in Microsoft Power Platform (desirable, but not mandatory).
- You are passionate about teamwork, achievement orientation, results-driven approaches, and demonstrated communication skills.
- You are at ease communicating in intermediate and advanced English (oral and written).
