Sr Institutional and Government Affairs
Role Objective: Assure a good relationship and advocacy with key stakeholders at the federal, regional and municipal government level, as well as private chambers and associations on issues related to the continuity and profitability of the current business as new developments, regulation, social development and communities, as well as follow up to federal and local Congress initiatives. It will also develop and maintain institutional relations that can bring business and development to the company nationally.
Your Impact: As Sr Institutional and Government Affairs, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission, playing a key role in :
1 Liaise with the federal , local and municipal governments and other stakeholders , in order to pursuit Engie's projects and assets
2 Collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships, especially through Industrial Chambers and Associations.
3 Lead the strategy to identify in advance legislative initiatives that can generate impact to our business. (federal and local)
4 Develop effective diagnosis of key problems or obstacles in the eras the company's assets are built and operate.
5 Assist other areas of the company for the development of corporate events or initiatives to drive the company's reputation and business priorities.
Requirements:
Education preferably Bachelor's Degree in Law, Economics, International Relations, Business or any
related field
In-depth knowledge of the Mexican political system and energy national industry.
Strategic and excellent negotiation skills
Good judgment skills are critical and the ability to teamwork, take iniciatives when
follow-up is required
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Critical thinking
Advanced Spanish
Advanced English
