As a Sr Director Human Resources (HR) Services, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the HR services function for the Advanced Materials business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Your impact will be significant as you will be responsible for managing HR services including Payroll, Benefits and Mobility delivery key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing guidance and support to the HR Services team on complex HR issues. Your strategic mindset, strong leadership skills and collaborative style will be instrumental in driving HR service excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of the Advanced Materials business.
You will report directly to the VP, HR Services and you will work in our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will make a significant impact on the Advanced Materials business by providing strategic HR leadership and optimizing our offerings to enhance employee engagement. You will optimize our HR service offerings, collaborating closely with HRS leadership, the Communications team, HR COE teams, and external partners. Your ability to understand business needs and translate them into effective service strategies will be crucial. Anticipating and responding to customer needs will be key to delivering high-quality HR services and driving customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide flawless end to end execution of HR services and processes to support business objectives
• Build easy and intuitive processes to enable right and fast delivery of HR solutions, partnering with HR Systems lead to deploy digital solutions, where possible.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a progressive and global HR organization
• Monitor and review day-to-day operations in accordance with service level agreements, management goals, and processes.
• Drive end to end accountability on day-to-day customer service related operational tasks
• Leverage deep understanding of HR Processes globally and act as an escalation point of contact.
• Provide relevant support and interface with internal partners and stakeholders as required to resolve escalations and queries.
• Skilled at identifying potential issues and raising them in a timely fashion
• Manage delivery of all responses to problems and questions within SLA
• Develop a strong MOS with stakeholders and ensure a strong escalation process
• Drive a continuous improvement culture, challenge conventional thinking, & identify new services to enhance the customer experience
• Drive initiatives aiming to standardize and automate the service offerings - deploy relevant MOS that would enable achieving these goals
- Lead and manage the HR services function for the Advanced Materials business
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to create a positive work environment
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop talent acquisition strategies
- Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the business

YOU MUST HAVE
• 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record of driving employee engagement and talent development
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives
