Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits - Solstice Advanced Materials
As a Senior Manager, Payroll - Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the global payroll process for our Advanced Materials business unit. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional service to our employees. With your expertise in payroll management and strong attention to detail, you will contribute to the success of our global payroll operations. This role will also have responsibility for Benefits Administration ensuring flawless execution of benefits through our supplier partners.
You will report directly to our Sr. Director HR Services and work on a hybrid schedule out of our Morris Plains, NJ, location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of our global payroll operations, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline processes and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in global payroll management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and tax laws in multiple countries.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
• Experience with payroll software and systems, including but not limited to Oracle, PeopleSoft, and ADP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the global payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across various countries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws in all countries where we operate.
- Ensure testing and compliance of the payroll and timekeeping systems
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide exceptional service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
- Manage year-end payroll activities.
- Generate payroll reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Perform internal audits and manage the annual SOX audit
- Continuous training of staff to ensure regulatory compliance and growth within the team
- Assist with special projects at the direction of the Director of Payroll
