Data Analytics Manager
As a Data Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Advanced Materials business. You will lead the process for data management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop analytical solutions. This role is also responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy. In this role, your work will improve decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to the Sr Director HR Services Leader and you will work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the Advanced Materials business by leveraging data analytics to drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and optimize processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity
• Oversee data governance activities, including data classification, data privacy, and data security
• Manage data integration and data migration projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management

YOU MUST HAVE
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence and coach others
• Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable business results
