Sr. Specialist Global Payroll - Solstice Advanced Materials
As a Sr. Specialist Global Payroll - Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for administering the global payroll processes for our Advanced Materials business. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and providing exceptional service to our employees. This role will also have responsibility for Benefits Administration ensuring flawless execution of benefits through our supplier partners.
You will report directly to our Sr. Payroll Manager and work on a hybrid schedule out of our Morris Plains, NJ, location.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of our payroll operations, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline processes and implement best practices. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and ensure timely and accurate payment distributions for hourly, salaried, and union employees
Process and reconcile payroll data, including hours worked, and other relevant information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes and implement best practices.
Monitor timekeeping systems for accuracy
Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide exceptional service to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.
Generate payroll reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare year-end tax forms
Assist with annual audits
Participate in special projects at the direction of the manager

YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years of experience processing end-to-end global payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and tax laws in the United States.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
• Experience with ADP payroll software and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
