- As a Sales Executive at TotalEnergies Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and achieving its business objectives. This position is based in Petaling Jaya Selangor and involves gaining new market share in the AO segment, through the development of new accounts, as well as, retaining and growing current customer accounts to ensure continued growth of market share and profitability as the territory assigned.
Activities
- Regular visits to customers to provide marketing, sales and technical assistance.
- Monitor and control the credit limits of customers and to propose for revision of new credit limit
- Monitor and keep updated on the market and key competitors' activities and developments.
- Establishing contact and building relationships with prospects; recommending solutions to develop new customers.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Ensure all requirements / orders from customers are met by internal departments.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- To update and maintain SALSA as required and to adhere to the company internal policy and procedure
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Candidate Profile
What we're looking for
- Preferably Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing and related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
- Passion in selling and desire to deliver result
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- Proficient in MS Office, email and internet technology
