Your role and responsibilities
Are you a dedicated and service-oriented individual with a proactive and reliable work style? Do you already have professional experience in the assistance field and a keen sense of priorities? Are you driven by your own high standards for quality work results? Then you are exactly who we are looking for! • Organizational and administrative support for the Real Estate team and efficient office management (appointment coordination, correspondence, reporting, data maintenance) • Organizing catering for client visits and events, order processing, and invoice control • Handling personnel matters (time tracking, monthly reports, training coordination) • General administrative tasks and acting as an interface for other departments, assisting in the management and supervision of our properties and real estate

Qualifications for the role
- Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, HLW, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in commercial professions
- Excellent MS Office skills, SAP experience is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Precise, independent, and structured working style with a high level of initiative and organizational talent
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Service-oriented personality who enjoys cross-departmental collaboration in an international environment
