WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is looking for a skilled Offshore Geotechnical Engineer to join a valued client's team, supporting offshore energy projects across wind, oil & gas, and subsea infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong geotechnical background to play a key role in site investigations, foundation design, and offshore structure installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offshore geotechnical investigations (CPT, boreholes, lab testing).
• Interpret geotechnical data for soil characterization and offshore foundation design.
• Support pile, suction caisson, and shallow foundation design using industry standards (API, DNV, ISO).
• Conduct geotechnical risk assessments and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Work on a variety of offshore wind BID projects and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for integrated offshore solutions.
• Provide technical support during offshore construction and installation phases.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
• Strong experience in offshore foundation design and interpretation.
• Familiarity with geotechnical software (PLAXIS, ABAQUS, LPILE, APILE).
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
• Team-oriented with the ability to adapt to project demands.
• Willing to work offshore when required.
