As an Assistant Treasurer in the Global Treasury team, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health, liquidity, and treasury operations of the organization. Your expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation will contribute to effective cash management, capital allocation, and compliance with financial regulations.
In this role, you will impact Advance Materials by ensuring efficient cash flow, optimizing capital structure, and minimizing financial risks. Your strategic oversight of treasury operations will enhance liquidity, facilitate growth initiatives, and safeguard the long-term financial stability of the company.

As an Assistant Treasurer in the Global Treasury team, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health, liquidity, and treasury operations of the organization. Your expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and risk mitigation will contribute to effective cash management, capital allocation, and compliance with financial regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee financial health, liquidity, and treasury operations
- Develop and execute treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and risk management
- Manage cash management, investments, debt financing, and foreign exchange transactions
- Evaluate financing options and ensure efficient capital allocation
- Monitor and manage financial risks related to currency fluctuations, interest rates, credit, and liquidity
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirement
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or corporate finance roles
- Proven track record in treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, debt/equity financing, investment management, and banking relationships
- Prior experience developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business goals and market dynamics
WE VALUE
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, or complex financial transactions
- Prior experience in guiding financial transformations, process improvements, or system implementations
- Familiarity with financial software, analytics tools, and technological innovations impacting finance
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements
