Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey

• Investigate the supply market intelligence and develop supplier base for Plastic Raw materials and Injection parts to support business growth . C ontinuously improve the supply base to enhance the company's competitiveness in business area. Make plan for new supplier development and supplier improvement to enhance the supplier base , Optimize the supply chain and value chain. Implements effective sourcing strategies in line with the business strategy.
• Build up the connection between sales demand and the supply market resources, actively organize the communication between demand side and supply side . build up a strong and sustainable partnership ecosystem , manage well supplier relationship to secure continuity supply.
• E arly involvement with R&D design to plan supply base strategy, Innovatively design the operating logistic model and recommend the supplier resources and their technique products and solutions to the company, effectively cooperate with X- function to fully take leverage of the supply market resources.
• Lead plastic raw material localization to manage well the resilience supply risk for the export materials.
• Optimize the total cost of ownership and achieve cost reduction by various approaches, e.g. value engineering, should costing analysis, supply chain optimization and negotiation. Implement purchasing activities according with purchasing procedure, e.g. RfQ, bidding, e-sourcing, benchmark, outsourcing and etc. Conduct competitiveness bidding process based on company policy.
• Work with X- functions to manage suppliers capacity & flexibility to meet the market demand, e.g. MOQ , lead time, C onsig nment model negotiation and continuously optimize the technical specification and the manufacture process and improve suppliers' efficiency to contribute to cost saving of purchased goods.
• Manage supplier on-time and on-quality delivery to meet company suppliers' KPI target.
• Sign supply agreements with suppliers in line with company guidelines and business need s.
• Manage the supply chain and supply risk at the different product life cycle stages
• Coordinate and handle commercial issues with suppliers. Build and enhance the supplier relationship in line with the requirement of integrity and compliance.
• Early involvement in the R&D projects for new product development. Participate in the supply chain planning for new products and coordinate SCM activities according to the new product project target and schedule.
• Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably with Engineering major
• At least 5 years working experience in sourcing or supply chain management , e xperience on Plastic category sourcing and supplier management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Result oriented and take ownership.
• Strategic and systematic thinking.
• Customer focus and continuous im pr ovement
• Good written and oral communications skills in English
• Data analytics and reporting in excel and PPT.
• SCM digital tools implementation in PowerBI or AI tools .
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
