Are you excited to work on onshore projects in a fast-paced international environment? We are seeking a Lead Supervisor, an experienced professional with a proven background supporting site activities, coordinating and ensuring successful roject execution.

Region NCE > Customer Project Execution > Installation Lead Site Supervision

The Onshore Execution team is an integral part of the Installation & Commissioning department. We specialize in managing and executing onshore projects with 10+ (5-9) Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs).
Our primary interface is with the Onshore Construction departments within the Northern and Central Europe (NCE) region. We oversee projects from preparation through to execution and handover to service, setting strategies for project execution, including readiness and scalability to meet future market demands.
Our responsibilities also include supporting sales activities, developing concepts, and ensuring the optimization and deployment of project packages. Through our work, we aim to enhance efficiency and meet the evolving needs of the market.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee site activities on projects with over 10 turbines or those with high complexity
  • Coordinate and manage supervisory tasks to ensure effective project execution
  • Involvement in planning site execution which begins at least three months prior to kick-off
  • Responsibilities include ordering tools and consumables
  • Preparation of documentation is part of the role


Qualifications
  • Technical background, such as mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience in the wind industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of Vestas turbines
  • Several years of experience as a Supervisor on Vestas turbine installations
  • Experience in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), quality, and customer relations
  • Proficient IT skills, including SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and SAP
  • Fluent in English

Additional Information
The candidate can be based anywhere in Denmark.
Expected number of worldwide travel days: 180 days per year.
