- Coordinate, oversee the execution of all A&D activities with high HSE standards (offshore platforms, pipelines, topside facilities, substructures, marine works, surveys, construction, well engineering and well control, well workover and well P&A works).
- Project activities will involve the review/comment of all execution scopes of work, tendering, contracting, planning, progress reviews and liaison with various contractors.
- Coordinate decommissioning projects and/or individual portfolios of projects and held accountable for timeframe, HSE and financial aspects for each project.
- To work as Issuing Authority signatory as per approved PTW Standard in assigned work area.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects for decommission, including old wells P&A, and dismantling old structures and pipelines while ensuring safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
- Coordinate resource planning and allocation activities with Field Operations, Field Services, Engineering, drilling and Reservoir Department and contractors to ensure that decommissioning of platforms are provided in a safe, efficient and cost-effective way.
- Knowledge and experience of project management, schedule & progress report review, marine works, construction works aspects, Well Engineering, Well Control and P&A of wells in offshore oilfield.
- Review and follow procedures, method statements, risk assessments, standards and guidelines that ensure decommissioning of platforms, any construction works, survey works are properly controlled and performed in a manner that meets company and regulatory safety and environment requirements.
- Support in the selection of contractors and service companies.Participate in the evaluation of equipment to ensure that it is fit-for-purpose and offers best value.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Construction/Drilling /Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in project management of Offshore Construction, marine, surveys, drilling/ Workover/ P&A and Engineering in the oil and gas industry, including minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position.
