With over 20 years of history, Fix-It 24/7 delivers world-class plumbing and HVAC services throughout the Charleston area. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our high-performing team and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

This isn't your average call center role-we are seeking someone who knows how to prioritize calls, manage technician routes, and respond quickly to changing job conditions.

The HVAC Dispatcher Opportunity

• Dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to customer homes for scheduled and emergency calls
• Coordinate jobs and communicate updates across multiple field teams
• Relay critical information between technicians and customers with clarity and professionalism
• Reschedule and follow up on service calls as needed
• Ensure accurate technician timecards and job status updates
• Assist with incoming service calls and customer scheduling

HVAC Dispatcher Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00 - $23.00/hour starting pay
• Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance
• 80 hours of Paid Time Off
• 6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday month

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience dispatching in the trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.) Not Logistics
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent phone presence and professional communication skills
• Familiarity with service dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

HVAC Dispatcher Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to reliably commute to our office
• Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law

Schedule:

• Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm
• Saturday shifts 8:00am - 4:00pm
