Role Summary
Under general direction, primarily responsible for identifying and supporting multi-site-department projects in support of Maintenance Operations, ensuring effective and efficient implementation as well as ongoing support.
Will consistently review and recommend operational process improvements affecting Maintenance and Engineering processes. Manage ongoing compliant related tasks impacting the department.

Role Summary

Responsibilities of the role
- Comply with cGMP and policies and regulations of our client, or others as required.
- Monitor work processes to ensure that they are efficient and cGMP compliant.
- Identify and recommend process improvements related to routine functions and implement after management approval.
- Coordinate and support the Technician and Engineering teams with projects, maintenance programs, training programs, and processes for the department.
- Initiate, draft, and present to staff, new or revised documents (e.g., SOPs, training documents, Job plans ).
- Partner with key internal customer groups and/or outside suppliers to ensure successful operations and that metric targets are achieved.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to understand their procurement needs.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers or vendors for maintenance and engineering-related goods and services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, including price, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Review and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, ensuring that they match the corresponding purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Address billing issues promptly and coordinate with vendors to correct errors.
- Provide updates to management on the status of procurement projects and potential areas for improvement.
- Compile, track, and assist in presenting multi-department performance metrics, efficiencies, etc.
- Assist management in the review of documentation for assigned functions (routine quality/regulatory area audits, training docs).
- Participate in regulatory inspections.
- Facilitate multi-departmental projects.
- Prompt and regular attendance to the onsite workplace of our client.
- Work Administrator Role in Maximo.
- Planning of initiated Maximo work orders.
- Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree & 4 years of Project Management experience.
- Able to manage multiple tasks at one time.
- Proven interpersonal skills, with all levels, including the ability to manage conflict in a collaborative manner.
- Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, problem-solving, identifying, and providing solutions to client and departmental requests.
- Ability to help others understand and implement complex instructions.
- Skills in project management.
- Experience with GMP/GDP.
- Strong attention to details.
- Positive mental attitude and ability to perform a multitude of tasks simultaneously with a helpful, friendly attitude.
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication, including the ability to proofread documents and to accurately follow step-by-step instructions and perform repetitive functions consistently.
