The HVAC / Building Automation Field Service Technician II performs preventive maintenance and provides technical support or basic troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. These customers will have various products installed that fall into the - HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems categories as well as their associated computer systems. The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency.

Job Duties:

• Perform preventative maintenance and escalate issues found accordingly
• Verify system functionality to ensure proper operation
• Promote, build, and maintain good customer relationships while keeping supervisor informed of system status and actual/potential customer issues
• Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations
• Proper use of safety personal protection equipment
• Security and other clearances as required by customer

The salary range for this position is $44,200. - $55,200. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Technical aptitude and/or training
• Can identify/use trade tools appropriately
• Ability to work independently up to 25% of the time
• Some knowledge of basic electrical, fire system, sensors, or robotics principals
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to travel throughout the service area, with occasional overnight stays
• Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
