We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced User Success Manager with German skills to drive the usage growth of Microsoft 365, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to users and collaboration focal points, helping them achieve their business objectives through the effective use of Microsoft 365 solutions.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities
- User Success Management:
- Drive usage growth of Microsoft 365 workloads, focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor to users and collaboration focal points, assisting them in achieving their business objectives through Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with business and function focal points to ensure satisfaction with services and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs).
- Labor and Employee Relations:
- Ensure alignment with Labor and Employee Relations policies and practices.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to address any labor-related issues that may arise.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on labor and employee relations matters related to the implementation and use of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Works Council Coordination:
- Coordinate with European and national works councils to ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the company and works councils to address any concerns or issues related to Microsoft 365 implementations.
- Ensure that all changes and updates to Microsoft 365 solutions are communicated effectively to works councils and other relevant stakeholders.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams, including support and service delivery, to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Provide training and support to customers on the use of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Monitor customer usage and adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and document best practices and customer success stories to share with the broader team.
Key requirements
- Microsoft 365 Expertise: A deep understanding of Microsoft 365 workloads, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform, is essential. This includes the ability to drive usage growth and provide expert advice to users and collaboration focal points.
- Stakeholder Management: The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs), is crucial. This involves acting as a trusted advisor and conducting regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
- Training and Support: The ability to provide training and support to customers on the use of Microsoft 365 solutions is key. This includes partnering with internal teams to ensure a seamless user experience, monitoring customer usage and adoption, and identifying and documenting best practices and customer success stories to share with the broader team.
- German: Proficiency in German (verbal and written) is essential for effective communication with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
