The Manager of Finance Systems - Reporting Systems/Consolidations will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the consolidations platform. This role entails providing end-user support and executing system controls and processes to ensure the seamless operation of financial reporting systems. The Manager will play a crucial role in aligning the platform's capabilities with the organization's strategic objectives and operational requirements.

You will work out of our Charlotte or Morris Plains location on a Hybrid 3+ work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Development and Maintenance
• Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the consolidations platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionalities and integrate new features.
• Ensure the platform's stability, scalability, and security by proactively monitoring and addressing technical issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, configurations, and procedures.

End User Support

• Provide comprehensive support to end-users by addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering training.
• Conduct regular workshops and training sessions to enhance users' proficiency in utilizing the platform.
• Develop educational materials and resources to assist end-users in maximizing the platform's capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for end-user feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions.

Execution of System Controls and Processes

• Implement and monitor system controls to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce procedures to maintain the consistency and reliability of financial data.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure that system controls meet organizational standards and external regulations.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of system processes to identify areas for improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, PMP) is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing finance systems and reporting platforms, with a strong understanding of enterprise performance management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software and enterprise performance management tools.
