In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Create, manage, and maintain a centralized knowledge repository (Knowledge Management library) for the entire IT organization.
- Develop, collate, and maintain a knowledge base of reference materials and work instructions for various support topics for all IT service portfolios to ensure end-to-end contact resolution.
- Oversee and perform regular knowledge article reviews and take action on the review of the documentation obsolescence process.
- Share ownership of transversal consistency, accuracy of data, and workflows to support maximum efficiency of all business functions within the Emerson Enterprise IT organization.
- Coordinate Knowledge Management activities and ensure alignment between all Emerson Enterprise IT functions.
- Develop relationship network with all Emerson Enterprise IT business groups, units, and operation functions to support and solidify the strategy to work as one team for the benefit of end-user support.
- Facilitate acquiring the best information, data, knowledge, missing documentation, and work instructions from domain experts and service owners.
- Collaborate with various business groups to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Library Science, or a related field; experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience in knowledge management, information management, or a similar role.
- Experience in IT Service Desk support or equivalent role/background.
- Experience with knowledge management tools and software.
- Proficiency in knowledge management systems (ServiceNow or SharePoint).
- Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation methodology is a plus.
