Join a fast-growing solar company and take charge of our warehouse operations! We're looking for a hands-on, organized, and safety-focused Warehouse Manager in San Jose, CA to lead our team and keep things running smoothly.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, storing, and dispatching materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Track inventory, manage stock levels, and perform cycle counts
• Coordinate deliveries and support job site logistics
• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff
• Collaborate with HQ and accounting on safety and inventory procedures

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of warehouse experience, 1+ year in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and inventory systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Forklift certification is a plus!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES

• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Use safe lifting practices (team lift, and or cart) to handle products greater than 50lbs.
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Ability to work in conditions with some exposure to uneven, hot, or cold temperature, dirt, noise, or possibility of damage to clothing.
• Operates warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) to move large and heavy items safely and efficiently.
• Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
• Regularly spend long hours answering phone calls and emails
• Willing to travel to remote facility sites (up to 50% travel)

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS (Employee is required to travel for business purposes, not including commute to and from work.) If required to travel, must have a valid Driver's License/Insurance and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to different sites.
