Als Product Owner kannst du aktiv die Digitalisierung der Energiewende vorantreiben.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem (MCCS), um die Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung der Energiewende zu erfüllen. Im Team werden Softwarekomponenten konzipiert, betrieben und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt, die den Einsatz in der Systemführung optimieren. Als Product Owner (w/m/d) übernehmst du die fachliche Leitung des Product -Teams und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung bei. Diese Tätigkeit kannst duin Berlin oder alternativ in Neuenhagen bei Berlin ausüben.

Meine Aufgaben

• Gestaltung bzw. Weiterentwicklung der Vision und Roadmap,
• Du bist mit deinem Team verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb (You build it, you run it) der Software und der Prozesse rund um die 50Hertz und die Elia Systemführung,
• Du bist verantwortlich für dein Backlog, das Erstellen von User Stories, die Abstimmung mit anderen Teams und der Präsentation in Sprint Reviews,
• Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit Entwickler*innen, Architekt*innen, Anwender*innen und Fachspezialist*innen sowie den anderen Product Teams des Product Clusters,
• Du verstehst Dich als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Entwicklern*innen und Stakeholdern/ Endanwendern.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium in Ingenieurswissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Complex Systems, Elektrotechnik oder Physik,
• Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle,
• Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum,
• Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software für technische Anwendungen, idealerweise im Bereich Stromnetze.
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Digitalisierung der Energiewende und Systemführung sind von Vorteil,
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

• Schulungen / Zertifikate zu SCRUM und / oder SAFe.

Who are we?

We are 50Hertz - one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
