As a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication skills will be key in developing and implementing channel marketing programs. By effectively managing the channel marketing efforts, you will contribute to Honeywell's position as a global technology leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement channel marketing plans to drive growth and increase market share
• Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing programs and initiatives
• Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive sales through channel partners
• Provide marketing support and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales efforts
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
• Manage marketing budgets and measure the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in channel marketing

COMPENSATION:
The Salary range for this position is $103K - $154K.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This role will remain open for application until an offer is accepted.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Proven experience of at least 8 years in channel marketing or related roles
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies
• Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics
