Sr. Project Manager

As a Sr. Project Manager here atHoneywell Connected Industrials (HCI), you will guide and manage a team ofproject specialists, driving the successful execution of our technologyprojects. Collaborating closely with senior executives and cross-functionalteams, you will align IT project strategies with business objectives. With yourexpertise and guidance, we'll navigate the complexities of project management,delivering projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Youwill report directly to our Regional Project Management Leader and you willwork out of one of KZ locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, youwill guide a project team, shaping the strategic direction and ensuring thesuccessful execution of our technology initiatives. Your guidance will empoweryour team to excel, fostering their professional growth and development. Byoverseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, youwill be instrumental in helping us achieve our long-term goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and mentor a projectteam, providing guidance, using best practices, and fostering project executionon the most efficient way
• Work closely with senior executives andcross-functional teams to define and execute project strategies aligned with businessobjectives, ensuring they drive innovation and operational efficiency.
• Managethe planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring theymeet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Focus to be beyond the KPIs(revenue, margin, billings, change orders, cost savings, forecast accuracy,client satisfaction) , and continuously find the ways of better execution
• Provide subject matter expertise in project management, offering insights, bestpractices, and guidance to your team.
• Oversee resource allocation (locallyand abroad, by Honeywell resources or through 3rd parties), projectprioritization, and technology investment choices to align with businessobjectives.
• Ensure the consistent application of project management methodologies,governance, and compliance within your department.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience inproject management, including at least 3 years in a guiding or team-leadingrole.
• Strong guiding skills with the ability to inspire and mentor ahigh-performing project team.
• Proven success in delivering complex projects, meetingquality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Exceptional problem-solvingskills and the ability to make critical choices in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and people-oriented skills to engage withstakeholders at all levels.
