We have an opportunity for a Lead HR Services Administrator to join us at Honeywell in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible to support the delivery of corporate and local human resources projects / processes and will contribute to set up best practices along with developing key relationships with internal stakeholders and support team. Driving process improvements/updates as needed initiated either by own findings or triggered by customers/HRS colleagues including outcomes of CI process; this includes driving process improvement both within HRS team as well as with other stakeholders like HR, Staffing etc. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for operational cases in different ticketing tools (ex. SalesForce, SNOW)
  • Comply with all required policies & local labor law
  • Working closely with other department like Payroll, HR, Finance, Government Relations, Staffing;
  • Process ownership on designated areas at country level
  • Point of contact for HRS specialists, back up for larger range of activities and for escalation regarding basic cases Act as a back-up for supervisor and for priorities and escalation path
  • Knowledge Management focus to enhance self service capabilities.
  • Perform audit checks.
  • Point of contact for HRS specialists, back up for larger range of activities and for escalation regarding basic cases.
  • Create, maintain, and update SOPs and PMs on regular basis to ensure latest accurate versions are always available.
  • Utilizing the excel based on HR data; evaluate alternatives and drive recommendation process.


Key skills and qualifications
  • 4 years in HR administration and Time & Attendance
  • 2 years of experience in payroll
  • Fluent in Polish and advanced level of English
  • Experience with data analysis 2+ years
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing applications
  • Good communication (written and spoken) and active listening skills
  • Puts a high priority on attaining results
  • Seeks out and supports new ideas and initiatives; readily adapts to change
  • Demonstrates the courage to raise potential issues and concerns
