This Position reports to:
Employee Compensation Manager

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will support strategic initiatives-including our Pay Equity and Transparency program-by delivering high-quality analytics and reporting aligned with business metrics. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project that supports fairness and inclusion, while applying your expertise in data analytics.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of data models, dashboards, and reports that support strategic HR and business initiatives.
  • Understand the methodologies used in the tool and advise on necessary customization for country requirements
  • Analyse complex datasets and leverage on available tools to uncover statistical trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Support the Pay Equity and Transparency initiative by generating clear, data-driven reports that inform leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting tools.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of data governance standards and best practices.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to align metrics with strategic goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and tools to continuously improve analytics capabilities.


Your Background/experience
  • 7-8 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with large, multi-source datasets in a corporate environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and predictive analytics.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading small analytics projects.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
