What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support HVAC technicians in the field
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members
• Perform job site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and office staff to coordinate daily operations

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential)
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in the HVAC field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-first attitude and a team mindset
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
