Role Overview

• Conduct thorough inspections of materials and welding processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to assess the integrity of materials and structures.
• Utilize API 510, API 570, and API 653 standards for pressure vessels, piping, and storage tanks inspections.
• Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for quality assurance purposes.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies during all inspection activities.
• Participate in system completion management processes to ensure project milestones are met.

Skills & Qualifications

• Material Inspection: Proficient in evaluating materials for quality and compliance.
• Welding Knowledge: Strong understanding of welding processes and standards.
• NDT Expertise: Experience with various Non-Destructive Testing methods.
• API Certifications: Familiarity with API 510, API 570, and API 653 standards.
• Microsoft Office: Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
• System Completion Management: Knowledge of system completion management systems is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in QA/QC and API standards are required.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within the oil and gas industry.
