This Position reports to:
Project Manager

The Measurement & Analytics Division is among the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers, working at the heart of industrial digital transformation. The Measurement & Analytics Division's portfolio consists of analyzers measuring compositions of gases and liquids; instrumentation measuring process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and level; force measurement solutions measuring parameters such as flatness, thickness, and tension; and advanced digital solutions for device management, device health check and predictive maintenance. The Measurement & Analytics Division serves key industries such as oil and gas, chemical, water and wastewater, power, hydrogen, batteries, as well as the marine industry. The Division enables the optimization of industrial processes by providing and analyzing data collected from sensing and smart measurement devices. Parameters such as emission levels and production inputs are measured by providing 'before' and 'after' values, enabling efficient operations and environmental sustainability through measurement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of projects with different complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety environment requirements, cost/profitability targets and scheduling targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Collaborating with the Project Controls department to define all planning documents, including scope, financial plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.

• Execution and Monitoring: Ensuring project execution follows best practices and ABB policies, while monitoring progress, resource use, financials, invoicing, costs, and cash flow.

• Risk and Opportunity Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring formal project closure as per contract.

• Contract and Procurement Management: Applying consistent contract and claims management, supporting procurement of services and materials, and assisting Supply Chain in negotiations and changes.

• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the main contact for the customer and escalation point for issues, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 year of experience in managing a project and preparing a project scheduler.

• Possessing enhanced knowledge of the instrumentation linked to the division is a plus.

• You are passionate about team working, problem solving and you can manage deadlines.

• You have a Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering o economics background

• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
