As a Product Owner - Energy here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for driving the success of our energy-related products and solutions. You will play a critical role in understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives.

In this role, you will impact our customers by driving the development and delivery of energy solutions that address their specific needs and demands. You will work with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and guide the development process. Your deep insight into the energy industry and customer requirements will enable you to make informed choices that drive the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in working with Commercial, End Customers and Operations teams in driving the end-to-end commercialization of SaaS offering

• Drive the development of technical specifications and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy and roadmap

• Provide technical guidance to the development team throughout the product lifecycle through the requirements management and validation of acceptance criteria

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements related to Building automation and Sustainability domain

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes. Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, mechanical engineering or equivalent

• 10+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner role or similar technical leadership position
