In October, 2024 Honeywell announcedthe spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alonepublicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that thisrole, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of thisfuture transaction when the separation occurs.
Asa Sales Operations Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role insupporting the our Advanced Materials business unit in Japan, specificallyfocusing on the Sustainability and Decarbonization business within our Fluorineproducts. You will be responsible for a wide range of key responsibilities tooptimize sales operations and drive business growth in the field ofsustainability and decarbonization.
You will report directly to Generalmanager in Japan, and you'll work out of our Tokyo, expected to work at the office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Official reporting to METI and Industry associations about New ChemicalInventory reporting (HFOs), F-gas quota consultation, HFC emission reporting(emissions at HON tolling downpackers)
• Management of necessary sales license application and periodical update(High Pressure Gas Sales license, HFC import, JSHRAE application for newrefrigerants)
• Market research and market trend forecasting by industry statistics andsales data analysis (Price trend, gap vs forecast, AOP)
• Market trend analysis for raw materials price which could help salesaccount managers' communication with customers
• Inputand Analyzethe forecast data/price trend per OEMs and per channels (Stationaryrefrigerants business) usingSAP
• Channel management and evaluation activities (in terms of due diligence,distributor agreements, etc.) usingSFDC
• Japan focal point for customer-related events (promotional event,distributor meeting, senior executive visit to Japan)
• Japan focal point for reporting to METI and Industry associations (JUFA,JRAIA, etc.) required by JP F-gas regulations
• Propose and prepare customer communication tools (flyers/brochures) withalignment with APAC customer marketing team
• Support AM account managers and OMs activity where required
• Support indirect sourcing activities in Japan
YOUMUST HAVE
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, including creating pivot tables
• Basic functions in PowerPoint and MS Word, SAP and SFDC
• Excellent business English skills, both in writing and speaking
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
