PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strong Knowledge of Oracle.
• Ability to work with heavy equipment.
• Capability to learn on the job and apply.
• Performs other work-related tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
• Reads and writes in English.
• 4 - 6 years of previous warehouse/coordinator experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Uses office copier to scan and copy documentation.
• Has advanced skills, typically gained through a combination of job-related training and considerable work experience.
• May use other business systems (ERP/MRP).
• Advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to work a minimum of 40-hours.
• Exposed to loud noise while in the warehouse.
• Exposed to moving parts while on the shop floor.
• Must be flexible to work overtime, when needed.
• Exposed to occasional hot and / or cold weather depending on outside climate conditions and warehouse temperature since the shop floor is neither airconditioned nor heated.
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
• Attention to detail.
• Wears proper PPE while in the warehouse.
• Communicates well with other employees.
• Works well alone and in team environments.
• Able to read and understand all JHA's in English.
• Adheres to facilities safety policies and attends all monthly safety training.
• Attends all Human Resource directed training via classroom, iComply, or HUB Learning CBT.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Uses office copier to scan and copy documentation.
• Proficient in using ERP systems for inventory adjustment and record-keeping.
• Uses company software to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Writes, sends, and receives Emails to internal Customers / NOV Employees.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in Shipping or Receiving when needed.
- Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped.
- Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database.
- Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed, writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
- Schedules daily cycle counts and recounts for warehouse bin locations and monitors progress to meet monthly count objectives.
- Reviews discrepancies and collaborates with stakeholders in resolving all findings.
- Performs preliminary research of inventory discrepancies found during cycle count and maintains records of actions needed and completed.
- Prepares Final Adjustment Request for approval, confirms adjustments in ERP system, and maintains all cycle count records.
- Supports inventory optimization efforts and advises Warehouse Management on best practices for inventory handling accuracy and error prevention.
- Oversees receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
